Dana is the developer of TRANSFORM™ and co-developer of SPORT™ by Group Rx. She is a Group Fitness Instructor, Running Coach and Fitness Model, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and has been working in the fitness industry since 2004. She teaches multiple formats, including kickboxing, strength training, yoga, sports conditioning and cycle, and is certified in NASM and Schwinn®. Abbie is the owner of Abbiefit Consulting and the Creative Fitness Director for LIFE. As an award-winning fitness educator, Abbie develops and delivers programs for Power Systems, Schwinn Cycling and many other organizations. She created the SCW Pilates and SCW Barre Certifications and received SCW’s “Best Presenter” award. Pam Benchley


Pam has had the opportunity to work in the fitness profession for over 20 years, as both a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. Her specialties include Indoor Cycling, Balance training and Functional Fitness. She has been a BOSU® Master Trainer since 2008 and a Master Educator with Stages indoor cycling since 2010. She has been on the faculty of the State University of New York for 21 years, serving in the department of Exercise Science.


Leslee Bender


Leslee has been in the fitness industry for 25+ years and is a Graduate of the Applied Functional Science Institute. She is the creator of the Bender Ball method of core training, which won the 2007 Fitness infomercial of the year. Leslee has starred in more than 30 videos and created Functional Flexibility and Fascia Fitness and Barre Above, which brings science and purpose to all movements and exercises. Leslee is currently the program director for TrueBar® Fitness concepts.



Brian Bettendorf, MSM (Management), MS (Kinesiology) is the Head of Education for RumbleRoller and a managing partner in Drake Global Strategy, a consulting firm helping companies develop their brand, create new products and accelerate growth. He has developed and launched products and education courses for companies including TRX, RumbleRoller, ProBar and Power Reels.

Brittany is a Pre- and Postnatal Exercise Specialist, and mother of two, on a mission to enable women to exercise more confidently and effectively during and after pregnancy. Fabio is a Faculty Member at San Diego State University and UC, San Diego and a proud SCW Faculty Member. Previously, as an ACE exercise physiologist, he was the primary developer of ACE’s IFT™ model and live personal training educational workshops. Prior experiences include collegiate head coaching, strength and conditioning and opening/managing clubs for Club One. An international presenter, Fabio has been featured in multiple media outlets and is an accomplished chapter and book author.



Sohailla offers 20 years of experience as a registered dietitian, nutritionist, fitness pro and presenter. She is the founder of the 52-day Best Body Countdown program developed for fitness professionals to bring sound nutrition and accountability to their centers. Jenn is a former professional dancer who performed with many superstars including Beyoncé Jay-Z and Usher. Len Kravitz, PhD


Len is a favorite presenter at SCW MANIA® conventions and no stranger to accolades; Len was voted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame in 2016. He received the prestigious Canadian Fitness Professionals Lifetime Achievement Award in 2008, was named CanFitPro’s “Specialty Presenter of the Year” in 2006 and 2009 and earned the ACE® “Fitness Educator of the Year” title in 2006. Len is also the Program Coordinator of Exercise Science at the University of New Mexico where he won the “Outstanding Teacher of the Year” award.


Melissa is a Kinesiology Department faculty member at the University of North Georgia. She has 30 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. She taught elementary PE and coordinated fitness programs for Royal Caribbean, Home Depot and orthopedic surgeons. Melissa is the author of WATER EXERCISE (Human Kinetics 2015), a member of the educational faculty and a DVD presenter for SCW. She is well versed at taking complicated material and breaking it down into easily understood pieces.




With a Master’s in Educational Psychology and a certificate in Wellness Coaching, Elizabeth’s mission is to help clients become their “best selves.” She emphasizes self-expression and how it FEELS to exercise and not letting what we cannot do interfere with what we can do. Elizabeth, who is all about creating a group exercise experience, is founder and President of InnerAthlete in East Longmeadow, MA. With experience directing at facilities including World’s, Gold’s, Bally’s, non-profits and the collegiate arena, she stays on top of industry trends and education. Pete is an ACE and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, consultant and host of the All About Fitness podcast. In addition, Pete is a CSCS with the NSCA and holds a MS in Exercise Science. Dianne McCaughey, who has a Ph.D. with a concentration in Gerontology, is an international speaker, author and master trainer who has traveled the world emphasizing optimal wellness of the mind and body. Her mission is to educate, inspire and empower people to be the best they can be. She is a master trainer for multiple companies including: The Functional Aging Institute (FAI), The American Council on Exercise (ACE), and The Athletic and Fitness Association of America (AFFA/NASM).



From Cyprus and professionally trained at Alvin Ailey American Dance School, Broadway Dance Center and Ballet Arts in New York City, Irena is an AFAA- and ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor. She has been teaching Group Fitness classes in famous NYC Gyms throughout her fitness career, and she has worked with artists and appeared on TV shows in the U.S. and internationally. Tricia is the Education Director for Savvier Fitness and a former club owner and fitness director for 15 years.
