Sara Kooperman, JD, is the CEO of SCW Fitness Education, WATERinMOTION®, and S.E.A.T. Fitness, as well as the founder of the MANIA® Convention. A National Fitness Hall of Fame inductee and author of FIT FOR BUSINESS, she has been recognized as FIT-C’s Most Innovative Fitness Pro and was recently nominated for the IDEA Fitness Leader of the Year Award. Kooperman serves on the canfitpro Advisory Panel, Gold’s Gym Think Tank, and ACSM Communication & Public Information Committee. A respected industry leader, she is a frequent panelist for webinars and podcasts.

Melissa Layne, MEd is a Kinesiology Department Faculty Member at the University of North Georgia. She has been a well-respected and well-loved fitness and nutrition leader for over 35 years.  Having created the SCW Nutrition Coaching for Fitness Professionals Certification, the SCW Nutrition, Hormones & Metabolism Certification, and contributed to the SCW Active Aging Certification, Melissa has consistently sold-out educational seminars.  Melissa holds a Masters of Education in Exercise Science, a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and an Associates degree in Medical Technology.

Dr. Candice Seti, Psy.D., known as “The Weight-Loss Therapist,” is a licensed clinical psychologist, certified nutrition coach, Certified Insomnia Treatment Clinician, and registered CBT-I provider. Based in San Diego, she specializes in behavior change, self-sabotage, and sustainable weight management. A frequent media contributor, Dr. Seti empowers clients to build confidence, break self-defeating patterns, and achieve lasting wellness through cognitive tools and practical lifestyle strategies.

Nick Lambe is a long-time coach and educator in the industry who specializes in helping fitness professionals implement health principles to improve impact. Notably, this approach focuses on sleep and recovery. Nick is a Clinical Sleep Health Educator and created the comprehensive Sleep & Recovery Coaching Certification, a course that provides a framework for improving clients’ recovery. Partnerships with Nick’s work include The US Marines, The US Olympic Committee, and Google.

2. How can limited mobility increase injury risk during workouts?
