Rosie Malaghan, MS, ERYT-200, has over 15 years of experience teaching and counseling, virtually and live, fitness, yoga, leadership, and organizational development. Rosie holds a Masters of Science degree in Human Development and served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Rhode Island. She is an ERYT and C-RYT, ACE CPT, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and holds several SCW certifications. Rosie currently serves on the Fitness Team at Trilogy Orlando, an active aging community in central Florida.


Jimmy T. Martin is a New York City based entrepreneur and creative currently serving as the Co-Founder at Brrrn – the fitness brand behind the Brrrn Board . He has over a decade of experience working as a health and wellness professional, both as group exercise instructor and personal trainer to C-Suite executives and various celebrities in television, film and fashion. Previously, Jimmy has worked as an advertising copywriter, greeting card writer, playwright and executive producer under his production company, Mayamo Jimmy Productions. He has also worked in film and television as a stuntman and most notably as a background performer on Saturday Night Live. Jimmy is a 2007 alumnus of George Mason University, where he was a member of their Division I wrestling program and graduated with a BA in Interpersonal/Organizational Communication and Minor in Business Management. He holds a national personal training certification from the American Council On Exercise (ACE).


Irene McCormick, MS, CSCS is an award-winning fitness professional, a published author, a keynote speaker, and a university lecturer. Currently the Regional Director of Group Exercise for Genesis Health Clubs in Iowa, Irene is a Master Trainer for Savvier Fitness, and a former TRX Master trainer, and focusing her virtual Fit Workouts w/Irene where she exclusively trains women over 40.


Linda McDonald is a Fitness Educator, Virtual Studio Owner and Program Specialist for Barre Above®, Balletone® and Extreme HIIT Chaos. A leader in Group Fitness Programming, providing continuing education training at conferences as well as local workshops, she specializes in training, evaluating, and certifying instructors in various formats. Jenny Mendoza has over 2 decades of fitness and teaching experience. She holds a BA in Dance from Hollins University and is the Director of Fitness and a Master Trainer for Jetti Fitness. Jenny began her career teaching yoga and pilates in the Washington DC Metro area. While pursuing modern dance in New York City, she continued to accumulate fitness certifications and worked with private clients throughout Manhattan. Jenny’s background as a trained dancer informs her approach to teaching, resulting in well-balanced classes for students of all ages. She currently holds certifications in yoga, pilates, group exercise, and Jetti Fitness. She teaches virtual classes across the world and is also a Walking Coach with 99 Walks, a fitness app designed to encourage women in their pursuit of a healthier life.


Gail Bannister-Munn is the Flexibility Specialist and Core, Yoga, & Pilates Coach with the New York Jets football team. Gail is the owner of The Bannister Method Studio out of Long Island, West Babylon, New York & is the Regional Group Ex Manager of Crunch Fitness Locations (Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn). Gail teaches several different class formats at national conferences and is a Fitness Consultant for professional athletes in the NBA, NFL, NHL, & MLB. She holds numerous certifications in several disciplines, including NASM, AFAA, FST L3, Thai Massage Specialist, Yoga Fit 500+ hrs., and is a NASM & AFAA Continuing Education Provider.


Dr. Erin Nitschke is an industry writer, presenter, and tenured exercise science professor at Laramie County Community College. She holds certifications including NFPT-CPT, NSCA-CPT, ACE Health Coach, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Therapeutic Exercise Specialist, and Pn1. Erin is an editorial author for IDEA, NFPT, and ACE where she writes and speaks regularly on topics related to personal training and health coach skill building, behavior change, and career success.


Ani Oksayan currently serves as the Vice President of Chuze Fitness and feels privileged to have had a 25+year career in the fitness industry, including roles in Personal Training, Group Exercise, and club management for a variety of big-box gyms, boutique studios, and golf & country clubs throughout Southern and Central California. Ani is a nationally certified PT, holds credentials in multiple GX formats, and is a Matrix Cycling Ambassador, training Chuze instructors in the Matrix cycling method. Koni is a seasoned fitness pro with 20 years of experience in the fitness industry from group fitness instructor, trainer, wellness director and IT. Irene PluimMentz became a licensed physical therapist in the Netherlands before immigrating to the United States. She is the co-owner of One Step Beyond, Inc. Physical Therapy. Irene’s passion for anything “water” led to becoming an AEA certified instructor. She integrates her knowledge of hydrodynamics with physical therapy into all of her sessions. Irene is the inventor and developer of the Aqua-Ω adjustable drag resistance water exercise equipment.


Christopher has been a Personal Trainer/Performance Enhancement Coach for 10+ years. He was a contestant on the popular NBC Fitness Reality Show “American Ninja Warrior” for its 8th season in 2016 and SCW Fitness Boston MANIA® Fitness Idol Winner in 2021. Manuel Velazquez is a WATERInMOTION® Platinum program choreographer and the Faculty Leader of the SCW Yoga 1 & 2 Certifications, as well as the SCW Tai Chi Certification. With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry, Manuel has been recognized as “All Around International Presenter of the Year”. He is also an RYT-200 Yoga certified instructor and is the Head Instructor at Rancho La Puerta Resort & Spa in Tecate, Mexico (outside of San Diego).


Maurice has Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology with 23 years of experience in practical fitness training and almost a decade of instructing fitness professionals. Maurice owns Move Well Fitness and Move Well Fit Academy. He is also a Professor of Health and Human Performance at Freed Hardeman University. His certifications include NASM-Master Instructor and Master Trainer, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with NSCA.
