Emily is the co-owner/creator of HIGH Fitness LP, a group fitness format that’s quickly taking the fitness world by storm with its modernization of old school aerobics mixed with HIIT training. Emily began her fitness career 13 years ago in Canada and hasn’t looked back since teaching every fitness format she could. She runs HIGH Fitness with co-owner Amber Zenith, and they travel North America certifying HIGH instructors and spreading their love of group fitness.

Bernadette is a certified continuing education provider for SCW, ACE and AFAA. Bernadette has acquired the nickname “Super Betty” after winning the Centrum Vitamin contest for “The Most Energized, Amazing Woman in America”. At 86, Bernadette not only teaches, she inspires. She served as a principal in the New York City Public Schools where she developed the internationally acclaimed program, “Learning to Read through the Arts”. She is also a BOSU Elite Master Trainer, helping the world rethink what “teaching seniors” means today.



Michelle is an accomplished professional dancer most commonly known for the variety of classes she teaches. She currently works as the San Francisco Group Fitness Regional Director and Instructor at Crunch. She has presented at MANIA®, the Jesolo Italy Fitness Festival, IDEA and can be seen on her own Crunch videos. Michelle feels honored to be a Master Trainer for major fitness brands such as Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED, POUND and Crunch.



Dr. Evan Osar is an internationally recognized speaker, author, and expert on assessment, corrective exercise, and functional movement. Dr. Osar has authored Corrective Exercise Solutions and The Psoas Solution and has developed the industry’s most advanced training certifications: Integrative Corrective Exercise Instructor™ and Integrative Movement Specialist™. With his wife, Jenice Mattek, he created the Institute for Integrative Health and Fitness Education™, which provides live and on-line educational resources for the health and fitness professional that specializes in working with the older adult population.

Andrew Page


Andrew Page is a strength & conditioning coach for NBA players in NYC and the co-founder of The Axle Workout. While researching new training modalities, he began coupling Olympic Weightlifting exercises with rolling core exercises to create a metabolic effect that simulated “on court” workload. Andrew realized these training techniques would benefit athletes of all levels – and The Axle was born.

Susane is a bilingual, Senior Master Trainer for TriggerPoint, Life Fitness and TRX. She conducts education courses for fitness instructors, personal trainers, healthcare professionals and the military. With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, she has presented at conferences worldwide and conducts courses to develop new instructors. Susane believes that no matter what tool or philosophy you advocate, seek not only look to motivate at the moment, but to inspire for life.


Nicole is known as the Rock ‘n Yoga Girl. She has been leading Rock ‘n Hip Hop Yoga classes for over 17 years all over the country. Music is the powerful driving force behind the yoga rhythms she created for all bodies, abilities and levels. Nicole completed her first 200 Yoga Cert in 2000 and has been adding trainings ever since, and she currently teaches yoga teachers in 200- & 300-hr. certificate programs as a lead instructor.


Claire Powell won the SCW Fitness Idol Competition for California Mania, 2016. She has dedicated her land and water classes to spreading the message of Serious Laughter, believing the uncommon message that laughter itself is a valid exercise. A certified Laughter Yoga Teacher and Water Movement Specialist since 2002, SCW Aquatic Exercise and Yoga Fundamentals 1 and 2, Claire recently became the first person in the USA certified as an Aqua Laughter Leader.

Alana won the SCW Fitness Idol competition and is known to rock a crowd and turn any fitness event into a party. She was featured on CNN and NBC as the creator of “Get Pulsed™, a dance fitness and toning program. Alana is a professor of Business and Marketing who has an MBA and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Leadership and Organizational Change. She is the author of the first college textbook written on Social Media Marketing.


Mia is the founder and creator of Muvz Fitness, a high-intensity-impact program that includes Dance, Plyometrics, endurance, resistance and balance in one intense, fun hour. Mia is a professional dance choreographer who has been teaching for over 20 years. Her accreditations include Ripped, Barre, kettlebell, TRX suspension, Les Mills BODYPUMP and water Bootcamp, and she is certified through AFAA, NASM and ACE. Mia loves three things in this order… people, Fitness and Dance.


Lynze has a varied background in aerial acrobatics, fitness and modern dance. She studied modern dance at Marymount Manhattan, trained extensively with the Limon Dance company and is an international brand ambassador for Speedball Fitness™. Her biggest passion is for aerial arts, having taught Cirque Du Soleil’s Jukari Fit to Fly. Her aerial and dance background has led her to become a strong, sought-out barre instructor. Other passions include serious training in boxing, samurai sword work and indoor cycling.


Jeffrey is an International Fitness Presenter, Schwinn Lead Master Trainer, Reebok Master Trainer and Area Group Fitness Manager for Equinox Fitness Clubs. With more than 20 years of experience in the Health and Fitness industry, Jeffrey has conducted training workshops in over 15 countries around the world and is recognized as a top fitness educator, instructor and personal trainer who is known for his creative choreography and motivational teaching.



Ken has been a fitness instructor and personal trainer since 2001. He teaches all formats of dance, aerobic conditioning, strength training and Pilates mat, and he created his own successful foam rolling and stretch program. Ken is a master trainer for Balletone® by Savvier Fitness, BOSU®, Body Bar® and GLIDING DISCS™. He holds indoor cycling certifications with Schwinn® and ICG® and has a Rhythm and Motion Dance Instructor certification. Doris Thews is an International award winning Fitness Educator who leads several fitness brands. She is Vice President of Group Fitness, Innovation and Motivation for In Shape Health Clubs in CA. Valentin has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. Experience as a former dancer, Nike Master Instructor, Group Exercise Director at ClubSport Pleasanton and presenter for IDEA, IHRSA and Pilates Method Alliance has allowed her to develop skills in creative choreography, lyrical movement and functional training for the aging population. With a Bachelor’s in Education and a Master’s in Communication Disorders, her experience as a speech pathologist with the geriatric population and stroke patients allows Valentin to develop fitness programs for Parkinson’s, brain-injured and aging clients.

Manuel is a proud Faculty Member for SCW Fitness Education and a WATERinMOTION® National Trainer. Manuel is a former Lead Instructor at the Golden Door Spa in Puerto Rico and now is a head instructor at Rancho La Puerta in Tecate Mexico (outside of San Diego).



Connie is the choreographer for WATERinMOTION®, a faculty member with SCW Fitness Education and is certified by ACE, AEA, AFAA, Yoga Fit, Schwinn, Reebok Cycle and Moms in Motion. She has been awarded the Aquatic Exercise Association’s Fitness Professional of the Year award and is a published author in various trade publications. She has over 30 years of teaching experience in the U.S. and abroad and is presently teaching in Northern Virginia. She has traveled around the world presenting new and creative workshops to make fitness more accessible, professional and fun.


Amy has been an active member of the fitness industry most of her adult life. A trained dancer as a child and teen led to a natural transition into fitness. Amy’s passion for fitness is contagious; she loves bringing health and happiness into the lives of others. She currently works as a group fitness instructor for the YMCA organization and has also worked in management overseeing a large staff of instructors. She is honored to begin her next endeavor as choreographer for WATERinMOTION Platinum. Amy holds a variety of certifications including ACE, AEA, SCW, WATERinMOTION, and Zumba.

Cheryl Wu-Hall is a Zumba® Fitness International Presenter and Educational Specialist for Zumba®, Zumba® Gold and Zumba® Step and Master Trainer for Strong by Zumba®. She has taught Zumba® programs for over 8 years and is an AFAA and ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She is a native of Taiwan and currently resides in Southern California.



Rose, the CEO and founder of Healthy Habits Fitness and Yoga Studio in Sacramento, has been a fitness professional for 30 years. She is certified as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher. She is a Master Trainer in Barre Above®, Tabata Bootcamp™, Balletone™ and YogaFit, and she’s the creator of YogaFit’s newest teacher training program, PilatesFit.
