About the Presenter:
Cammy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and fitness certifications in both personal training and group exercise from ACE, AFAA, AEA and NAFC. Cammy’s fitness career spans 25 years and includes experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, fitness education and program management. Cammy is currently the Fitness Director for On Top of the World Communities Inc., a 55-plus active aging adult community as well as The Ranch Fitness Center and Spa.
