Many sexy genres have hit the fitness and dance market over the past few years and people have taken a strong interest in pole dancing. Since the majority of the consumers aren’t likely to install a pole in their homes we decided to create a fun low-impact workout incorporating the Body Bar which lends itself beautifully to this workout. This is just for the fun of it.
