Hydro Yo-Chi

Discussion and practical application will be applied to learning the basics behind both T’ai Chi and general hatha yoga asanas. Next, the Yo-Chi program will be introduced, cycling adaptable power yoga asanas with T’ai Short form for release of lactate produced during yoga postures. The mind-body effect produced is completely complemented and balance by these two forms of fitness. As one discipline works the body, the other relaxes it and encourages meditation.
