Bernadette is an educator, teaches land and aqua fitness classes to all populations and has acquired the nick name “Super Betty” worldwide for her unmatched dynamism with people from bands to BOSU®. Bernadette won the Centrum Vitamin contest for “The Most Energized, Amazing Woman in America” for applicants 50 – 70 years old. At 86, Bernadette not only teaches but inspires while doing charity work with FG2000 and helping the world rethink what “teaching seniors” really means today.
