She is a Wellcoaches-certified wellness coach, an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor, an ACE-certified personal trainer, and she is certified in Barre through SCW and Barre Above™. Her program, Collide, is a unique combined nutrition and exercise series. She has an MBA and teaches Nutrition Entrepreneurship and Healthy Aging at Northeastern University.
