Learn the biomechanics of lower body training. Building your clients’ base is the foundation for their upper body power. Proprioception (balance) tubing exercises will help your clients develop their kinesthetic sense to play their weekend-warrior best. Teach your client safe and effective movements to prevent knee and back injury while enhancing overall strength and power. Stretching and lower plyometric body training is included.
Equipment: Dumbbells, Resistance Tubing, Incline Bench, Leg Extension, Leg Curl Machine and Smith Machine.
