About the Presenter:
Elian has a background in dance and came to the US from Amsterdam in 1995 as a licensed fitness instructor. She is the owner of a yoga/fitness studio in Texas and works at a national rehab facility teaching and developing mind-body classes. With her almost 35 years of experience in the fitness industry, she has developed several programs for seniors, which is a growing market for fitness facilities. She is certified in several disciplines like Step, Pilates, Zumba, Piloxing, Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong and has developed her own programming as well.
