About the Presenter:
Adam Clark is a business owner, personal trainer, speaker and author. With seven years of experience in the personal training industry, Adam holds a B.S. in Exercise Science. He owns a personal training studio in Brewer, Maine. In addition to personal training, Adam has developed successful corporate wellness programs, delivered team-building seminars for area businesses and sports teams and is the author of an upcoming book titled, “How to Be a Champion Today and Every Day.” He founded Adam Clark Fitness with a mission to provide his clients with great coaching, accountability, positive energy and a fun-filled atmosphere so they can have the best possible training experience and has grown it to over 100 clients in just eight months.
