About The Presenter:
Whitney is an SCW Fitness MANIA® Idol Winner! She is the Fitness Production Manager at JCC Manhattan and a fitness professional with more than 25 years in the industry as both a manager and instructor. She holds multiple certifications focusing on mindfulness and longevity training. Whitney was the first yoga instructor invited to the National Parkinson’s Foundation’s Allied Team Training program to create a Yoga Program for people living with Parkinson’s. Currently, Whitney teaches for a variety of health clubs in NYC and privately.
