About the Presenter:
Connie is an AFAA, AEA and SCW Certified Group Fitness Instructor for almost 30 years. Winner of the SCW Fitness IDOL competition, she catapulted her dreams of becoming a Presenter. She is a Fitness and Nutrition Coach and retired teacher of 32 years who also coached girls’ basketball, volleyball and softball for over 16 years. Connie holds certifications in 10 different fitness formats but her passions are Aqua and Yoga.
